This is how you get started!
This 3 session private introductory taste of Pilates gives any new client a good idea of the wonderful benefits of the Pilates System! Even in just a few sessions, you’ll feel longer & stronger! You’ll be taught the basics.
3 Private Sessions (one time per client)
$180
*note: mat classes may or may not be a good idea for clients after completing this intro package. Progress differs from person-to-person and more private instruction may be needed prior to participating in group instruction.
All Private Sessions run approximately 50-55 minutes with some time built in at the end of the hour to address progress, scheduling, payment etc..
